Job summary

Barcud Group is seeking a Head of Housing-related Support Services to lead high-quality accommodation-based and floating support across the Barcud geography. You will ensure accessible, tenant-centred services while guiding strategic direction and safeguarding standards.

Reporting to the Director of Communities, you will manage teams, budgets and contracts, drive service improvements, and build partnerships with authorities and community groups to renew and strengthen the local housing ecosystem.

Qualifications

• A degree level qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent experience is essential.
• Management or leadership qualification (Desirable).
• Proven ability to deliver organisational change and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead housing-related support services to the highest standard.
• Develop and monitor service strategies promoting independence and wellbeing.
• Oversee budgets and financial performance within agreed resources.
• Lead contract management for commissioned services with KPIs.
• Foster partnerships with local authorities, health services, voluntary sector and community groups.
• Ensure compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements and audits.
• Champion tenant involvement and continuous service improvement.
