The Regis Village Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Supervisor is responsible to create, implement, oversee supportive services operation, property management, compliance and service delivery system, so that all operations meet the necessary requirements based on regulation, accreditation, law, public policy, and strategic direction. This position is based at our Regis Village 70 unit building, with 40 units currently occupied, 45 units are designated for the medically frail and the other 25 are designated for coordinated entry (CE). The Site Supervisor oversees the property management side of the building along with managing the programmatic aspect of the building.
* Position will be Tues-Sat – exempt but hours generally 8-4:30pm
* Must share an on call phone with other managers in the region to be on call 24/7 based on agreed frequency which may include travel to all BACS sites as needed
Supportive services are the hallmark of this position and require a deep understanding of, and commitment to, evidence-based practices. Staff are expected to build strong therapeutic relationships through consistent engagement and the development of a therapeutic alliance with residents. Core responsibilities include care coordination; developing individualized, wraparound housing and service plans based on each resident's strengths and needs; crisis de-escalation; conflict resolution; facilitating community meetings; creating therapeutic group programming and community activity calendars; fostering meaningful resident engagement; and upholding the organization's philosophy of harm reduction, relentless engagement, and person-centered care. The role also includes supporting the health and safety of residents, providing referrals and linkages to appropriate services, and delivering comprehensive support to individuals with complex behavioral health, housing, and social service needs.
