Responsibilities

• Interview and recommend candidates for hire in the Housekeeping Department.
• Orient new housekeeping employees and complete orientation paperwork.
• Coach and mentor employees to improve job performance and retention; recommend action as needed.
• Prepare work schedules and coordinate vacations/time off.
• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance to resolve issues.
• Handle guest complaints and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure OSHA/HAZCOM procedures are followed.
