Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager in Utah to support the Housekeeping Manager in daily operations and budget controls. You will hire, train, and coach staff while ensuring QA standards and safety compliance across units.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of housekeeping experience and 2+ years in supervisory roles, plus 1–3 years in hospitality customer service. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• 3 years related housekeeping experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
• 1-3 years hospitality customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in all operations and budgetary controls.
• Hire, train, motivate, recognize, coach and develop housekeeping associates.
• QA, Loss Prevention and safety standards compliance.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, weekly and monthly cleans reports, and track financials.
• Participate in daily operations including cleaning and inspecting units.
