Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required, plus 1–2 years related housekeeping experience.
• Experience supervising housekeeping staff and coordinating guest room cleaning.
• Ability to train staff on safety, security, SOPs, and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise housekeeping team members and manage day-to-day operations.
• Prepare employee schedules based on forecasts, payroll budgets, and productivity needs.
• Conduct performance reviews and support compensation decisions per policy.
• Lead daily stand-up and monthly meetings to ensure brand standards and quality control.
• Inspect guestrooms and public spaces daily; manage inventory and supplies; coordinate with engineering for repairs.
