Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. seeks an experienced housekeeping leader to oversee all housekeeping operations at Courtyard Austin Downtown. You will lead, mentor, and develop the team while ensuring rooms, public areas, and laundry meet the highest cleanliness standards.

You will implement cost-control measures, monitor labor efficiency, and collaborate with other departments to maximize guest satisfaction and hotel performance.

Qualifications

• FOSSE experience is required.
• Proven leadership in housekeeping or related field.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, payroll, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and team spaces to maintain highest cleanliness standards.
• Lead, mentor, hire, train, and manage performance of the housekeeping team.
• Implement and maintain efficient processes to control expenses and optimize labor productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold brand and White Lodging standards for cleanliness, safety, and sustainability.
• Address guest concerns and operational challenges to proactively improve satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to streamline communication and boost overall hotel success.
