Job summary

Harris Health System, Inc. seeks an Administrative Director of Business Operations and External Affairs to oversee pavilion operations and drive external relations across our network. You will manage financial performance, improve operational effectiveness, and lead communications with community partners.

This role prioritizes analytic leadership in resource coordination, project management, and partnership development to transform integration across Harris Health's clinics and hospitals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health sciences, or related field is required.
• Seven (7) years of business operations and/or community relations experience required, healthcare or non-profit focus preferred.
• Four (4) years senior management experience required, healthcare focus preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pavilion business operations and external relations.
• Lead communications with community partners and stakeholders.
