Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited program; healthcare admin background preferred.
• Current Texas RN license; BLS/CPR certification required.
• Certification in nursing administration preferred within 2 years of appointment.
• Valid Texas driver's license; experience in complex healthcare and case management advantageous.
• Five years in a complex healthcare environment; leadership or charge nurse experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational, HR, quality, and financial management of Home Division nursing.
• Collaborate with CTI leadership to meet regulatory and practice standards.
• Maintain clinical competency and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Support nurses to deliver safe, effective, compassionate care and promote professional practice.
