Job summary

Central Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Home Equity Manager to lead the Home Equity Line of Credit division and supervise HELOC personnel. You will ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations while guiding credit decisions, appraisals, and funding processes.

In this role you will set priorities, manage staffing and budgets, mentor staff, and act as a Subject Matter Expert with operations, compliance and technology teams to optimize risk management and throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years mortgage HELOC experience.
• Well versed in Mortgage Loan Home Equity loans.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve results.
• Flexibility to perform in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
• Ability to analyze business processes for improvement.
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and approve residential HELOCs and exceptions to policy.
• Supervise HELOC openings, processing and funding functions.
• Coordinate with compliance and audit teams as required.
• Provide data and reporting to regional operations for staffing and budgets.
• Be available as SME to work with technology and credit policy teams.
