Job summary

Kelvion is seeking an experienced engineering leader for its US Product Development team in Oklahoma to shape next-generation heat exchanger products for high-tech and green-tech applications. The role requires coordinating with data centers, hydrogen fuel cell producers, and oil & gas leaders while aligning with global teams on diverse projects.

You will mentor a multidisciplinary group of design/thermal engineers and drafters, drive resource plans, oversee design reviews, and ensure rigorous

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with leadership of product development.
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to interpret drawings and specifications.
Excellent written and verbal English communication, teamwork, and MS Office proficiency.
Experience with heat exchanger or HVAC, Lean/Six Sigma, or continuous improvement preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary design engineering team.
Plan resources to deliver HX17 product development within scope, timelines, and quality.
Oversee heat exchanger design, thermal and mechanical analysis to meet specs.
Collaborate with global teams to develop new products and improve HX17 platforms.
Provide technical support to improve performance, manufacturability, and cost.
Lead design reviews and oversee verification/validation activities.
Coordinate global product transfers and communicate requirements to receiving teams.
Partner with Global Manufacturing, PLM, and NPI to support production readiness.
