Job summary

Kelvion is seeking a Sr. Applications Engineer in Catoosa, OK to bridge sales, R&D, and production, applying thermo-dynamic expertise in data center cooling and related fields. You will support customers technically and commercially, using sizing tools and CRM to match product specs to requirements.

The role requires travel readiness, strong communication, and proficient use of ERP/CRM and MS Office. A mechanical/chemical engineering degree with 5+ years engineering experience is preferred.

• Fundamental thermodynamics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal interface between sales, R&D, product development, and production from inquiry to customer acceptance.
• Provide comprehensive technical and commercial support promptly.
• Use sizing tools to match products to customer requirements.
• Help define and evaluate target prices.
• Analyze market development and contribute to market expansion.
• Plan and follow up visits to customers and trade shows.
• Maintain quotation, customer, and order data in CRM.
• Adhere to Quality Management system requirements.
