Job summary

Kelvion Product Development, part of Kelvion’s global Technology group, focuses on next‑generation heat exchangers. The US campus aims to lead the heat exchanger industry in America, collaborating with data centres, hydrogen fuel cell producers, and oil & gas leaders.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of design engineers, thermal engineers, designers, and drafters; plan resources; and drive HX17 projects to meet scope, time, and quality targets while collaborating with global teams to

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret drawings and specs.
• Proficient in English; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with heat exchanger or HVAC product testing and Lean/Six Sigma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of design, thermal, and drafting engineers.
• Plan resources to deliver HX17 projects within scope, time, and quality.
• Oversee heat exchanger design, thermal and mechanical analysis.
• Collaborate with global teams to develop new products and improve existing platforms.
• Provide technical support to improve performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost.
• Lead design reviews and verification/validation activities.
• Coordinate global product transfers and communicate requirements to receiving teams.
• Partner with manufacturing, PLM, and NPI teams for production readiness.
• Translate customer and business needs into engineering requirements.
• Maintain engineering documentation and promote best practices.
