Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks a visionary Vice President to lead the Corporate Security Center of Excellence. You will develop enterprise risk management, oversee physical and travel security, executive protection, crisis management, and business continuity.

The role requires coordinating with Legal, IT, HR, and Operations to embed security across the enterprise. You will drive strategic programs, build external partnerships, and advance analytics to enhance situational awareness and resilience

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate or government security.
• Minimum 5 years in a global leadership role.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries preferred.
• Proven ability to lead global teams and collaborate with executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with global security regulations and standards.
• Strong communication, influence, and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Set the global vision for corporate security and oversee execution across geographies.
• Lead travel security initiatives and oversee 24/7 GSOC operations.
• Manage incident response, risk assessments, and business continuity planning.
• Partner with Legal, IT, HR, Risk, and Ops to align security with business strategy.
• Build external partnerships with authorities and industry groups.
