Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Director, Global Healthcare Services to shape and scale a premier Healthcare B2B offerings portfolio across markets. This role leads strategy, go-to-market, and delivery, translating payer-provider needs into differentiated services and measurable growth.

You will partner with Global Healthcare, product, analytics, and delivery teams to build flagship capabilities, establish executive relationships, and drive performance across regions from the US to Europe.

Qualifications

• Deep healthcare industry knowledge including economics, payer-provider relationships, and workflows.
• Proven track record in healthcare strategy, consulting, or business development with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to translate complex healthcare challenges into scalable services and value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Define the global Healthcare Services strategy and roadmap.
• Develop differentiated healthcare offerings aligned with market needs and Mastercard capabilities.
• Lead commercialization, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market for Healthcare Services.
• Coordinate with Delivery and Product teams to ensure successful implementation and client outcomes.
