WittKieffer Inc. is seeking a commercially minded General Manager for Healthcare Leaders (HCL).

This role combines strategy and hands-on execution to grow revenue across events, sponsorships, and memberships while integrating HCL with WittKieffer’s brand and GTM priorities. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations, build a high-performing team, and expand HCL across healthcare, life sciences, higher education, and academic medicine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree preferred but not required.
• Ten or more years of relevant experience in business management, revenue growth, sponsorships, events, or professional services.
• Experience developing sponsorship, partnership, event, membership, or community-based revenue models.
• Strong project management and execution experience, including budget ownership, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience working with senior executives, investors, boards, sponsors, and industry leaders.
• Familiarity with healthcare, life sciences, higher education, academic medicine, or investor-backed markets is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop a focused multi-year strategy for Healthcare Leaders aligned with WittKieffer's mission and market strategy.
• Define expansion opportunities across healthcare, life sciences, higher education, and related markets without diluting brand.
• Translate priorities into annual plans, milestones, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
• Identify and cultivate sponsors and partners to support growth while preserving platform credibility.
• Manage HCL P&L against budgets; monitor revenue, expenses, and sponsor retention.
• Lead planning and execution of HCL programs and events including marquee conferences and dinners.
