Job summary

Flux in San Francisco is seeking an experienced electrical engineering leader to own hardware design practices for the world's first AI hardware engineer. You’ll guide the evolution of our ECAD tool’s core capabilities as well as the correctness of our AI Hardware Engineer’s system knowledge and design approach.

• Drive ECAD feature design and specs for core ECAD behaviors.
• Be the design partner to AI/ML with best practices and evaluation harnesses.
• Build out the Hardware Design function and scale the team.
