You will oversee lodging readiness, food and beverage service, and hospitality staffing, coordinating with the golf operations team and the owner. The role requires strong leadership and communication, with the ability to manage budgets and schedules across peak periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, lodging, restaurant service, or private club operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and staff leadership abilities.
• Experience with schedules, purchasing, payroll hours, and operating budgets.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and stay calm under change.
• Willingness to make decisions, solve problems, and take ownership.
• Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as bookings require.
• Golf knowledge is helpful; commitment to exceptional hospitality essential.

Responsabilités

• Guest Experience: Communicate with group leaders before arrival to confirm guest counts, accommodations, meal plans, dietary needs, and special requests; Welcome arriving groups, explain their experience, and remain accessible throughout their stay; Coordinate daily plans with the golf operations team; Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally; Follow up after departure, gather feedback, and coordinate repeat booking opportunities with the owner.
