Job summary

UNT Dining Services at the University of North Texas in Denton seeks a Director of Communications & Guest Experience to lead D.S. Creative, the in-house agency delivering branding, marketing, and guest-facing communications for campus dining operations.

You will oversee strategy, manage a diverse team, coordinate with executives and campus partners, and develop creative solutions across print, digital, social, and events to enhance guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, design, business, or related field with six years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of marketing, communications, branding, public relations, and guest experience.
• Ability to lead a collaborative team and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead D.S. Creative, UNT Dining’s marketing department, to grow sales and build campus relationships.
• Plan and prioritize team projects, master calendar, and social media content calendars.
• Review projects and serve as primary liaison to the Executive Director.
• Engage with campus partners to maintain strong working relationships and culture.
• Oversee development of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.
