Job summary

Renewance Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Sales – Solar & Storage O&M to accelerate the growth of our recurring operations and maintenance services for Battery Energy Storage, Solar PV, and related infrastructure.

The role focuses on hunter-style development, building relationships with developers, IPPs, utilities, and system integrators to secure long-term service agreements. The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years in utility-scale renewables sales, strong executive engagement, and proven CRM

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of successful business development or new business sales experience in utility-scale renewables.
• Proven ability to generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting and strategic account development.
• Experience partnering with Operations to commercialize service offerings for Storage and Solar.
• Strong consultative selling skills engaging executives, technical stakeholders, and commercial decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate Long Term Service Agreement opportunities across renewable energy developers, system integrators, utilities, IPPs, EPCs, and asset owners.
• Coordinate with senior leadership to commercialize O&M offerings and expand service capability.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer maintenance strategies, challenges, and long-term service needs.
• Qualify opportunities and move prospects through Renewance's sales process with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate proposal development, follow-ups, and commercial discussions through extended cycles.
• Position Renewance as the preferred lifecycle services partner for BESS, Solar PV, PCS, MV equipment, and related infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and customer activity in HubSpot CRM.
• Represent Renewance at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Achieve pipeline generation, opportunity qualification, and revenue growth objectives.
