• Ability to operate independently in a high-accountability environment.
• Authorization to work in the United States for the employer without misrepresenting work status.

Compensation and location

The anticipated base salary range across represented Head of Growth searches in New York is $190,000 to $300,000 per year. Final compensation depends on the employer, scope, level, experience, and work arrangement and may include bonus, commission, or equity where applicable.
