Job summary

Brainlabs is an independent, founder-led agency building the future of media. The Americas Growth team seeks a Vice President of Growth on-site in New York City to lead new logo acquisition, partnerships, and high-impact pitches.

You will own the full lifecycle from prospecting to close, reporting to Brainlabs President, and working with senior leaders across Client Leadership, Strategy, and Practice teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in new business or growth within a digital media agency or performance marketing environment.
• Proven track record of winning pitches and closing six- and seven-figure deals.
• Deep familiarity with the digital media landscape across performance marketing disciplines.
• Experience building and managing relationships with intermediaries, consultants, and procurement teams.
• Prior experience managing and mentoring a growth or business development team.
• Familiarity with HubSpot.
• Hands-on orientation with AI and AI-enabled work patterns.

Responsibilities

• Drive new logo acquisition from a defined account short list and convert prospects into opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional pitch teams from brief through to close.
• Maintain engagement with intermediaries to keep Brainlabs top of mind for reviews.
• Forge strategic partnerships to expand reach and unlock new revenue streams.
• Coordinate pitch teams and ensure presentations are sharp, strategic, and client-centric.
• Develop differentiated value propositions per service line in collaboration with marketing and product leads.
