You will plan campaigns with leadership, lead the team, and be responsible for results, reporting KPIs like cost per lead and return on ad spend.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading a team.
• Paid ads experience driving scale to 8 figures.
• Emails and texts campaigns that convert.
• Strong writing for US buyers.
• Design sense to guide brand consistency.
• Ability to track and report KPIs.
• Experience with GoHighLevel and project tools.
• Nice to have: English and Spanish fluency.

Responsibilities

• Own the full marketing department: set the plan with leadership, carry it out and answer for the results.
• Set up and run paid ads with your team, and keep testing new ones.
• Plan and run email and text campaigns from lead to order, and manage webinars and launches.
• Lead marketing for webinars and product launches with the sales team.
• Oversee content and social media strategy with your team.
• Handle PR and company communications.
• Track KPIs like cost per lead, cost per sale, and ROAS; report to leadership.
