Ruby Labs Ltd. is seeking an Email & Lifecycle Marketing Growth Manager to lead segmentation, lifecycle journeys, and experimentation to boost conversion, activation, and retention.

You will collaborate with Email, Growth, Product, and Analytics teams to translate customer insights into measurable business results. The role involves owning the growth roadmap, researching customer needs, and crafting targeted messaging and offers for each segment.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing.
• 2 years of experience in growth experimentation and A/B testing.
• Strong hands‑on experience building audience segments and automated lifecycle journeys.
• Ability to translate customer research and behavioral data into relevant messaging and effective flows.
• Strong copywriting instincts across subject lines, calls to action, and lifecycle content.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to connect email performance to business outcomes.
• Fluent English.
