Runa Network Limited is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead scalable growth strategies. This strategic role involves owning marketing operations, demand generation, and aligning marketing closely with sales to drive measurable impact and revenue across digital channels.

Runa is pioneering a first-of-its-kind payment rail that enables the seamless, global money movement at scale. Legacy banking and payment infrastructure struggles to support the demands of today's low-volume, high-velocity payouts, leading to inefficiencies in global payouts. Businesses worldwide send over $20 trillion annually in rewards, remittances, and disbursements often incurring costs of up to 50% per transaction and subjecting recipients to lengthy delays.
Runa transforms this landscape by providing a new digital payments infrastructure that empowers businesses to send digital money instantly and cost-free to anyone, anywhere. The Runa API empowers thousands of businesses to make payments to 5 billion+ consumers in 190+ countries instantly to cards, wallets, bank accounts and gift cards. Leading companies such as Sodexo, TopCashback, Perkbox, Sweatcoin, Coinbase, and Globetopper rely on Runa to facilitate instant, flexible global payouts to tens of millions of consumers.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Growth Marketing to drive scalable growth across the funnel, from awareness to acquisition to customer lifecycle. You’ll own demand generation, ABM, events, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations and revenue-focused experimentation.
This is a fast-paced leadership role for someone who thrives on delivering measurable impact and aligning marketing tightly with sales and product to accelerate growth.
What Excites You:
Driving the development and execution of a full-funnel growth marketing strategy focused on pipeline generation, conversion optimization, and customer expansion through paid, organic, email, content, and partnerships.
Owning all demand gen KPIs, including lead volume, CAC, ROI, and pipeline creation, while driving continuous improvement through data led experimentation across channels and tactics.
Building and scaling Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs in partnership with sales and RevOps, aligning on ICP, segmentation, and attribution to drive revenue from high-value accounts.
Overseeing field and event marketing strategy, including both virtual and in-person, ensuring collaboration with sales and partners to maximize ROI, pipeline impact, and post-event follow-through.
Ownership over the marketing operations and tech stack (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring clean data, accurate attribution, and efficient automation.
What Excites Us:
10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 5+ years managing growth or revenue marketing teams in fast-growing tech companies; fintech or payments experience is a plus.
Proven ability to drive demand generation, marketing operations, and pipeline creation with measurable results.
Deep expertise across digital channels, including performance marketing, SEO, email, events, and lifecycle campaigns.
Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and attribution platforms such as HockeyStack. As well as strong analytical and KPI ownership skills.
A collaborative and growth mindset, skilled at aligning marketing, sales, and product; thrives in fast-paced, test-and-iterate environments.
