Head of Growth Marketing | US | Remote Opportunity

About the Company:

Albert Bow has partnered with a rapidly scaling software company supporting in hiring a Head of Growth Marketing to lead its global marketing efforts across events, campaigns, and operations. This is a hands on, strategic role building the infrastructure and programs that drive network adoption and community growth.

Your Role:

Lead the growth marketing function, from field strategy and GTM alignment to marketing technology optimisation and AI-enabled workflows.

You’ll oversee major events, build regional programs, and drive performance reporting while managing a high-performing team and third-party partners.

• Design and execute global marketing campaigns and events (IRL & virtual)
• Build field programs: meetups, hackathons, conferences, etc.
• Own and evolve the marketing tech stack, CRM, and lead workflows
• Leverage AI for automation and campaign optimisation
• Build internal marketing ops playbooks and reporting dashboards
• Manage and grow a distributed team of marketers and ops pros
• Serve as a strategic partner across developer relations, BD, product, and ecosystem teams

Skills Needed:

• 6+ Years in marketing
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership role in web3, crypto or decentralised tech
• Experience running global, metrics-driven field/event marketing programs
• Strong grasp of CRM systems (HubSpot), AI tools, and campaign ROI tracking
• Leadership in cross-functional, distributed teams
• Ability to translate technical value into compelling narratives
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, decentralised organisations
• Remote position
