Job summary

Vanguard Charitable is seeking a Head of Analytics, Insights and Client Experience to lead the enterprise intelligence and client experience engine driving growth. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you will direct data science, BI, reporting, and client experience—building data products, measurement systems and client strategies for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum ten years of analytics, market intelligence, strategy, client insights, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise client and market intelligence strategy aligned to growth priorities.
• Oversee analytics, data science, reporting, and insight solutions to deliver predictive insights and dashboards.
• Drive client experience strategy including journey analytics and voice-of-client capabilities.
• Partner with marketing, IT, and business leaders to align data strategy and analytics capabilities.
• Build and mentor high-performing analytics, reporting, and client experience teams.
