About the Role

We’re looking for a scrappy, data-obsessed Head of Growth to take Conversion.ai from Series A traction to breakout scale. You’ll lead all growth functions—demand generation, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, and paid acquisition—with a relentless focus on driving qualified signups and revenue. This is a leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.

What You'll Do

  1. Own the funnel: Drive top-of-funnel awareness, optimize mid-funnel conversions, and obsess over LTV and CAC
  2. Lead growth strategy: Define and execute scalable, repeatable programs across SEO, paid, lifecycle, and product-led growth
  3. Run experiments: Build and manage a rapid experimentation engine across channels (ads, landing pages, onboarding, etc.)
  4. Own paid channels: Scale performance marketing (Google, Meta, etc.) with a keen eye on ROI
  5. Partner with content: Collaborate with our content and product marketing teams to build high-performing assets and campaigns

What We're Looking For

  1. 3+ years in growth, marketing, or performance roles—ideally at a B2B SaaS or PLG startup
  2. A full-stack growth marketer with deep knowledge of acquisition, conversion, and retention
  3. Strong operator who thrives in ambiguity and ships fast
  4. Analytical thinker with sharp intuition for creative and messaging
  5. Experience scaling paid acquisition and demand gen from ~$1M to $10M+ ARR
  6. Bonus: you’ve worked on AI, marketing automation, or SMB-focused products
