Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Growth. As the Head of Growth, your primary responsibility is to develop and execute strategies to drive sustainable user and revenue growth across organic channels. You will also oversee paid channels and collaborate closely with the CPO on product marketing initiatives. As an executive hire, you will be responsible for growing and hiring a cross-functional team to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention.

This is an executive level position that will report directly to the CEO. You must be a self-starter who can both work independently and successfully collaborate with a fully remote team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement user and revenue growth strategy with a strong focus on organic channels
• Optimize subscriptions and revenue via owned channels to hit revenue targets
• Support and develop outside partnerships that align with revenue goals
• Implement data-driven approaches to analyze effectiveness of growth initiatives
• Experiment with new channels and technologies to continuously improve the company's growth trajectory

Requirements

• Strong subscription and monetization experience including lifecycle marketing and engagement. Product marketing experience is strongly preferred.
• Built and scaled or were a key part of the growth team at an early-stage company in-house
• 5+ years growth experience for consumer-facing company
• Experience with multi-channel digital marketing and deeply analytical mindset
• Creative marketing mind with strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-starter willing to execute as an independent contributor before hiring a team
