Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Head of Growth. As the Head of Growth, your primary responsibility is to develop and execute strategies to drive sustainable user and revenue growth across organic channels. You will also oversee paid channels and collaborate closely with the CPO on product marketing initiatives. As an executive hire, you will be responsible for growing and hiring a cross-functional team to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention.
This is an executive level position that will report directly to the CEO. You must be a self-starter who can both work independently and successfully collaborate with a fully remote team.
