Job summary

Tustin Ranch Golf Club in Tustin, CA is seeking an experienced Golf Operations Manager to lead daily golf operations, staff, and guest services. You will oversee tee sheet management, merchandise, range operations, and events with a focus on exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include budgeting support, payroll coordination, policy development, and collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth events and top-notch service. PGA/LPGA Class A membership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years related experience.
• Experience leading golf operations staff.
• Knowledge of POS and tee time systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong customer service orientation and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversees golf operations planning, policies and procedures.
• Creates a customer service atmosphere and elevates guest service.
• Provides leadership and vision to golf staff.
• Manages staffing, payroll, scheduling and performance.
• Collaborates with other departments on events and operations.
• Manages tee sheet, merchandise inventory, range and cart fleet.
• Assists in budget planning and cost control.
