A Class A PGA or LPGA Membership is required, complemented by strong communication skills and a growth mindset. Competitive compensation ranging from $150,000 to $225,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience managing programs and developing player development plans.
• Knowledge of performance-based technologies and motion analysis systems.
• Exposure to strength and conditioning training environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver private, semi-private, and group instruction to members.
• Develop long-term player development plans across all skill levels.
• Oversee and execute a structured, year-round junior program.
• Maintain consistency in scheduling, communication, and lesson delivery.
• Build strong relationships with members and families.
