Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Turfgrass Management, Horticulture, or related field preferred.
• GCSAA Certified Director of Agronomy (CGCS) highly desirable.
• Pesticide Applicator certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of a premier golf course to high playability standards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for agronomy operations.
• Manage capital improvements and long-term planning for course infrastructure.
• Develop and lead a high-performing agronomy team and ensure regulatory compliance.
