Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in warehousing and supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience managing a team of supply chain professionals.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful warehousing strategies across multiple sites.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Expertise in warehouse management systems and emerging technologies in logistics.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Willingness to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA if not already local.

For our client, we are seeking a Head of Global Material Movement & Warehousing to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This leader will own the global warehousing strategy and the day-to-day execution of material movement across multiple sites. The role is responsible for improving material flow, strengthening operational discipline, and ensuring the warehouse network supports broader supply chain objectives. This position will partner closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, cost control, safety, and scalable logistics performance.

Location: Costa Mesa, CA

Compensation: $260,000 – $345,000 annually
