Ladders is seeking a seasoned Head of Global Material Movement & Warehousing in Costa Mesa, CA. This senior leader will own the global warehousing strategy and drive day-to-day material movement across multiple sites, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve material flow, efficiency, and cost control.

The role emphasizes leadership development, safety, regulatory compliance, and scalable logistics performance to support broader supply chain objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in warehousing and supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience managing a team of supply chain professionals.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful warehousing strategies across multiple sites.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Expertise in warehouse management systems and emerging technologies in logistics.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Willingness to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA if not already local.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global warehousing strategy aligned with supply chain objectives.
• Oversee daily warehousing operations for efficient material handling, storage, and distribution.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing warehousing team focused on continuous improvement.
• Monitor and manage warehousing budgets to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless material flow.
• Evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance warehousing operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize warehouse efficiency.
