Centre for Effective Altruism is seeking a Director of Community Growth (or Chief Community Growth Officer for exceptionally qualified candidates) to lead talent growth across Events, Groups, Online, and Courses. Reporting to the CEO, you will join the senior leadership team and help shape the future of CEA while guiding four flagship programs toward a unified Community Growth Team.

Qualifications

Strong value alignment with effective altruism principles and CEA's mission.
Senior leadership experience in a complex organization, including setting direction and translating strategy into execution.
Product-development mindset with ability to design experiments and use data to drive decisions.
Entrepreneurial drive, comfort with ambiguity, and a track record of building and growing initiatives.
Strategic vision to set direction for a core part of CEA's strategy and motivate the organization.
Strong stakeholder skills to collaborate across functions and with other EA organizations.

Build and develop a team of exceptional leaders across Events, Groups, Online, and Courses.
Shape CEA’s direction as part of the Leadership Team and coordinate across functions.
Own the strategy for talent growth and decide where to invest and what to grow or change.
Drive results with a product mindset to accelerate growth of the EA community.
