Job summary

CrossFit is seeking a Director of Affiliates, a proven business leader with affiliate ownership experience to guide our global affiliate community. You will partner with HQ to empower thousands of gym owners and drive network growth, retention, and profitability.

Reporting to the CEO, you will set the strategic vision, oversee budget, and collaborate across departments to deliver practical solutions that scale affiliate operations and improve unit economics.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ownership/operation of an affiliate.
• Strong strategic planning with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall strategy and execution for the affiliate business unit.
• Engage affiliate owners through site visits, events, and roundtables to align HQ priorities.
• Analyze unit economics to identify drivers of sustainability and risk.
• Collaborate with Education, Sport, Marketing, Product & Tech, Finance, and Legal.
• Oversee departmental budget and optimize resource allocation.
• Monitor KPIs and streamline workflows to reduce friction for gym operations.
• Coach and develop leadership within the affiliate operations team.
