Job summary

CrossFit, LLC is seeking a Director of Affiliates—a proven business leader and experienced affiliate owner to lead our affiliate business and ensure HQ effectively serves and empowers the global CrossFit affiliate community.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive strategy, expand the network, optimize unit economics, and mentor a high-performing team responsible for supporting thousands of gym owners worldwide.

Qualifications

• Affiliate ownership and operational experience with a CrossFit affiliate.
• Active CF-L4 certification and ongoing participation in the CrossFit Open.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with measurable outcomes.
• Agile, affiliate-first leadership style focused on eliminating low-value processes.
• Proven ability to build trust, inspire teams and develop talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for the affiliate business unit and drive quarterly targets.
• Engage directly with affiliate owners through visits and events to align HQ priorities.
• Analyze unit economics to identify drivers of sustainability, growth and risk.
• Collaborate across Education, Sport, Marketing, Product & Technology, Finance and Legal for alignment.
• Manage the departmental budget in partnership with Finance to maximize impact for gym owners.
• Monitor KPIs, streamline workflows and reduce operational friction for local gyms.
• Coach and mentor the affiliate operations team to drive leadership development.
