Lead budgets, KPIs, and cross-functional alignment across dispersed teams, ensuring consistent quality and a strong affiliate experience worldwide. As a strategic mentor, you will empower gym owners to scale operations, improve member retention, and share best practices across markets.

Qualifications

• Current CrossFit affiliate owner with CF-L4 certification.
• 10+ years of executive leadership in operations or franchise networks.
• Experience managing remote, dispersed teams.
