Job summary

CrossFit, Inc. seeks a Director of Affiliates to lead the affiliate business and empower thousands of gym owners globally. You will report to the CEO and guide teams across HQ to deliver practical, high‑impact solutions for affiliates.

You will leverage firsthand affiliate operations experience to scale sustainable, successful businesses, driving growth, retention, and improvements in unit economics across the network.

Qualifications

• Affiliate ownership is required with hands-on operations.
• CF-L4 certification and ongoing CrossFit Open participation.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning with measurable outcomes.
• Affiliate-first leadership focused on eliminating low-value processes.
• Proven ability to build trust, mentor teams, and develop talent.

Responsibilities

• Strategic execution of the affiliate business unit with quarterly targets.
• Engage with affiliate owners via site visits and events to gather field intelligence.
• Analyze unit economics to drive sustainability, growth, and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate across Education, Sport, Marketing, Product, Technology, Finance and Legal.
• Manage departmental budget and optimize resource allocation for high impact.
• Monitor KPIs, streamline workflows, and reduce operational friction for gyms.
• Coach and develop leadership within the affiliate operations team.
