EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to guide game QA strategy, presales, and hands‑on delivery for AAA and AA titles.

You will architect bespoke QA solutions, manage cross‑functional teams, and partner with studios to ensure launch readiness across PC, console, and mobile platforms. You will advise on automation, CI/CD, and compliance, while shaping delivery frameworks and growth within the Game QA practice.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Game QA with 3+ years in leadership roles; track record launching AAA titles.
• Presales or consulting experience designing QA solutions and closing high‑value deals.
• Strong fluency in Unreal and Unity architectures, and version control tooling.
• Deep knowledge of platform compliance (PlayStation TRCs, Xbox TCRs, Nintendo Lotcheck).
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BD teams to lead client pitches, architect QA solutions, and draft SoWs.
• Own discovery and onboarding for new engagements, mapping workflows and automation needs.
• Advise studios on automation, CI/CD integration, and risk management across portfolios.
• Forecast staffing, establish SLAs, and optimize multi-disciplinary QA delivery models.
• Present data-driven QA readiness metrics to executives to support launches.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and shape growth strategy.
