Job summary

Burgess & Niple is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to build and lead the firm’s FP&A and analytics capabilities from the ground up. You will partner with the CFO and executives on strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and enterprise data governance to support long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; MBA/CPA/CFA preferred
• 12+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, analytics or strategic finance with 5+ years in leadership
• Expertise in modeling, forecasting, budgeting and performance management
• Strong understanding of profitability drivers and decision-making
• Experience building enterprise analytics and dashboards
• Knowledge of data governance and reporting standards
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to influence decisions with data-driven insights

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A function development including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and reporting
• Provide strategic financial analysis for growth, investments, pricing, and corporate development
• Develop enterprise analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Establish data governance standards and information management strategies
• Build and lead a high-performing FP&A and Analytics team
• Partner with executive leadership to optimize project profitability, resource planning, and performance
