Job summary

Marex is seeking a seasoned Fixed Income Operations leader in New York to oversee the Credit, Rates, MBS, Repo and Customer Clearing businesses. You will manage an experienced team and working with external vendors to ensure seamless workflows, strong controls, and timely regulatory reporting.

The role requires deep knowledge of the fixed income lifecycle, SOX controls, and proven leadership at the manager level.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with experience managing managers and teams.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, risk controls and regulatory rules.
• Experience with vendor systems and trade lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Fixed Income Operations team and outsourced work (Broadridge).
• Collaborate with Front Office to implement best practices and improve efficiency.
• Oversee regulatory trade reporting (TRACE) and lifecycle events.
• Monitor internal controls for SOX compliance and risk management.
• Drive automation and strengthen control framework across vendors and processes.
