Prosper AI in New York City is hiring a Director of Finance to own the numbers end to end, building planning, metrics, reporting, and the finance operations underpinning them. You’ll shape the finance function, manage monthly close with an outsourced partner, and partner with founders and the board.

This is the first dedicated finance hire, requiring hands-on modeling, rigorous analysis, and the ability to scale finance as the company grows rapidly in healthcare AI.

Formación

• 4–6 years of experience, ideally starting in investment banking and followed by finance at a high-growth startup.
• Rigor as a core competency; numbers are trusted and double-checked.
• Builder mentality; comfortable being the first finance hire and explaining numbers to founders.

Responsabilidades

• Own strategic finance: build the operating model, annual plan, budget, monthly forecast, and drivers behind them.
• Own the metrics: ARR bridge, contracted vs live ARR, time to go-live, gross margin, burn, runway.
• Prepare the monthly investor updates.
• Keep gross margin accurate with COGS and vendor costs, including voice AI infra.
