Job summary

Warp is seeking a Head of Finance based in New York City to lead financial operations as the company scales revenue to $50M+. This role will involve partnering directly with the CEO on strategic finance, board reporting, and capital allocation decisions.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of finance experience, particularly in FP&A and high-growth startups, and be ready to build a finance team. Benefits include 100% health coverage, 401(k) matching, and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in finance with ownership of FP&A and board reporting.
• Deep FP&A and strategic finance skills with model building capability.
• Fluency in SaaS metrics and knowledge of fintech or payments.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial model and forecast for revenue trajectory.
• Run board and investor reporting including monthly metrics.
• Manage unit economics and pricing analysis for different revenue streams.
• Lead capital allocation decisions and manage team.
