Warp Sciences is building AI-native finance for automated laboratories as part of its rapid growth. You will own the integrity of books, monthly close, treasury, and strategic finance, while building models that connect science progress to hiring, capital expenditures, runway, and future financing needs.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep accounting expertise, cross-functional collaboration with scientists and engineers, and a clear, auditable finance workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience building driver-based financial models.
• Experience owning the monthly close end-to-end.
• Strong accounting operations and controls.
• Experience with fundraising, board reporting, and investor diligence.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain Warp’s long-range financial model connecting hiring, labs, and costs to milestones.
• Own FP&A, planning, forecasting, and budget-to-actual analysis.
• Own the monthly close including general ledger, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Lead capital allocation discussions with founders and leadership.
• Design AI-native finance workflows and automation with strong controls.
• Support fundraising processes and cap-table activities.
