Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a CFC Excellence & Enablement Lead to define and drive field capabilities, standards, and transformation initiatives across the US biopharma commercial landscape. Lead major multi-year programs like the US Life Sciences Cloud and Scout expansion and converge CFC tools to boost customer engagement.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will shape governance, strategy, and change management while collaborating with Digital, Analytics, Compliance, and Legal.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of biopharma commercial strategy, customer engagement, or digital transformation.
• Proven success in leading complex organizational change and senior stakeholder management.
• Experience with US customer-facing roles, field operations, and related business processes.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise standards for field effectiveness.
• Lead multi-year transformations such as US Life Sciences Cloud and Scout expansion.
• Converge CFC tools and platforms to enhance customer engagement.
• Oversee a team of senior directors and managers; manage governance and change strategies.
