Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Head of Project Delivery in Swiftwater, PA to lead a team of Solution Implementation Leads, ensuring on-time delivery of the Site Smart Factory roadmap. The role drives governance, cross-functional alignment, and value realization across the site from planning through operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharma and a strong background in project management, implementation, and change management, with experience guiding AI-enabled digital manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• 5+ years in Computerized System Implementation or Project Management.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• Pharma consulting experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Solution Implementation Leads (SILs) and drive end-to-end delivery.
• Ensure delivery aligns with Site Smart Factory roadmap and business priorities.
• Maintain governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment across programs.
• Oversee budgeting, planning, and delivery milestones.
• Support transition to Operations and ensure operational readiness.
