Job summary

Columbia Bank seeks a Director of Family Wealth to lead the development and delivery of an integrated family wealth and family office platform for UHNW clients. You will shape strategy, governance, and service models in coordination with relationship managers, private bankers, investment professionals, and fiduciary advisors to deliver a differentiated client experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in private wealth management or related field.
• Proven ability to lead sophisticated family wealth engagements.
• Strong knowledge of estate planning, trusts, taxation, investment management, philanthropy, and multigenerational wealth planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead family wealth and estate planning professionals, establishing standards for comprehensive, practical planning.
• Develop advanced planning capabilities for business owners, executives, and families experiencing liquidity or wealth-transfer events.
• Partner with fiduciary and trust professionals on trusts and wealth-transfer opportunities to drive relationship development.
