The Northern Trust Company seeks a Director, Family Office Solutions to lead UHNW client relationships and coordinate across wealth management disciplines. You will serve as a trusted advisor, aligning strategies with each client’s financial and philanthropic goals.

You will collaborate with specialists to deliver holistic services—investment, tax, estate planning, banking, and family governance—while driving organic growth and long-term client satisfaction.

Formación

• UHNW client relationships experience.
• MBA or higher preferred.
• CFP/CPA/CFA/CTFA/CFM certifications preferred.
• Series 7 and 63 licenses required or preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate and manage deep UHNW client relationships.
• Develop referrals and leads from internal and external sources.
• Understand each client’s family dynamics, financial goals, and philanthropic aspirations.
• Partner with a team of experts to develop customized wealth management strategies.
• Orchestrate specialists to provide holistic financial services across banking, asset management, tax, and wealth transfer.
• Develop tailored meeting agendas and relationship timelines aligned to goals.
• Review accounts to determine banking, investment, and advisory needs.
• Contribute to organic growth by expanding existing client relationships and sourcing new ones.
• Engage subject-matter experts and close deals.
• Ensure smooth delivery of new services and communicate emerging client needs.
• Incorporate digital solutions to enhance the client experience.
