Job summary

KeyCorp is seeking a Family Wealth Strategist to lead UHNW client relationships and orchestrate sophisticated wealth strategies across generations. You will prospect, deepen relationships, and coordinate investment, planning, trust, and banking solutions with internal specialists.

The role requires a deep UHNW background, a track record in growth, and a commitment to delivering white-glove service in a hybrid work setting. A Bachelor's is expected; a Master's is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; Master’s preferred or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of advisory experience with UHNW individuals, families, or family offices is required.
• CFP/CFA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advisor for UHNW families, developing deep trust and understanding of their financial and personal goals.
• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive, multi-generational wealth strategies.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver holistic solutions.
• Own the client experience, ensuring consistent high-touch service.
• Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and expansion of existing relationships.
