Nox Metals seeks a VP of Operations to build and lead the factory operations infrastructure behind rapid growth across multiple sites, including new plant launches and staffing models. You will hire, train, and develop leaders, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity at scale.

You will spend real time on the factory floor, removing bottlenecks and guiding teams through rapid expansion, while partnering with engineering and software to bring better tools and automation to operators.

Competenze

• Experience opening and ramping factories or leading large operational teams.
• Proven ability to hire at scale and build leadership structures.
• Strong track record of delivering safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

• Own new factory setup and launch across sites including site readiness and staffing.
